Marilyn is an experienced Project Director who leads and implements strategic change programmes. She has worked at a senior level as both a Facilities Manager supplier and a client. Her track record includes the successful delivery of complex projects including acquisition, TUPE transfers, instigation of new services and major capital developments.

As the first Chairman of BIFM, the professional body for Facilities Management in the UK, she led the development of the FM profession in the UK. She is also a Non Executive Director of one of UK’s largest PCTs; and Chairman of Bell Educational Trust.
