- For a major bank, we led the recovery of a failing national PFI university programme. As a first step we established a full contingency plan in the event of receivership, with a step by step, call by call, action plan. From that low, we coordinated the bondsman, banks, lawyers and construction and FM professionals over an 18 month recovery phase
- For a national government programme, we first reviewed the management arrangement and then supported the team for 18 months in a non-exec capacity
- For an international organisation we were able to fulfil, at very short notice, the programme director role - leading their major property redevelopment project
- We led the unwinding of a national 30 year quasi PFI arrangement, and managed the procurement of replacement FM and construction suppliers with a different risk balance
