• We transformed a major media company by introducing new business processes, managing a new £200m property solution, and adopting radically new technology
• We led, as programme director, the new Supreme Court project in Parliament. This is a major flagship project, and its creation is transforming the top end of the legal service
• We were instrumental in establishing and building the government’s in-house Olympics team, in identifying and resolving major budget issues across the whole programme
• We helped define with the FSA how their office could act as a lever to change the way they worked. We designed a new worspace for them and, with top management, designed and delivered the change programme that saw the FSA move to the new Rightspace - with staff at all levels working in flexible desking environment. This is recognized as an exemplar change programme within the organisation.
