Matthew leads or troubleshoots capital and business transformation programmes. He has reviewed many of the largest capital programmes in the UK, including nuclear, roads, health, buildings, utilities and media.

He is a recognized expert in this area, and regularly works with the National Audit Office as a point of authority and with the OGC’s Major Projects Review Group.

He has led, and delivered successfully, major business transformation programmes, combining and integrating successfully property, technology and finance issues to produce a transformational step-change in operating performance.
