Stephen Dance, Head of Public Sector Markets at Infrastructure UK (part of HMT) spoke to a full house recently at our "Feats of Daring" knowledge management event. Stephen gave a real insight into the challenges of bringing together the UK's current infrastructure plan, and of IUK's priorities as it evolves. Questions from the floor probed the role of PFI, of alternative funding models, and risk-reward structures. All good stuff, and thanks to all who made it such a sparky evening!

We are establishing an IPO for a major NHS Trust - the purpose being to help inform all capital investment decision-making and then keep track of it and make sure it delivers the promised benefits. This is breaking new ground, reflecting the significance the Trusts are placing on their investment programmes, and needing to demonstrate proper returns.
